Compoxi can offer turnkey product development or join the client in specific steps such as (re)design, prototyping, qualification, testing and series production using the most advanced manufacturing technologies.

By using the combination of design, simulation, prototyping, testing, system engineering and production, we can cover the complete development from spec to series production.

Our Project Management and Engineering team have varied backgrounds, such as Aerospace, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design.

Clients are offered an innovative and efficient way of realizing their objective combined with a close customer-supplier interface.

Equipment

We work with state-of-the-art machinery in order to achieve the best-quality results.

Our engineers use CATIA for the modelling of 3D parts, including deployment of plybooks for composite manufacturing.

Abaqus is our preferred Finite Element Analysis software, although we can adapt our calculations and models to other softwares on request.

Manufacturing

The Compoxi manufacturing facility is ideally suited for the manufacturing of advanced thermoset and thermoplastic composites structures.

Compoxi’s facilities are in a dedicated building of the Scientific and Technological park of the University of Girona. The building includes 800 sqm of ISO-9 assembly area and 150 sqm of ISO-8 assembly area.
